Cost

The program fee may vary slightly from year to year. For the current cost, please inquire with the Program Director Dr. Susanne Lenné Jones.

The program includes the following:

• 4 weeks living with a German host in Berlin, offering a full immersion experience
• Daily Breakfast
• ECU faculty assistance
• 6-9 hours of college credit
• Monthly metro pass for Berlin
• Program-sponsored activities and excursions, such as:
  • Theater performances and concerts
  • Guided walking tours
  • A minimum of German dinners ID Card
  • Entrance to world class museums
  • Visits of Cold War related sites, such as Berlin Wall remnants, the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, the GDR-Museum etc.
• Application fee
• Insurance
• Textbooks and class materials

Not included are:

• Airfare to Berlin
• Lunches and most dinners (other than the group dinners)
